Applications are now open for the 2027 Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP), an AIA Miami + AIA Fort Lauderdale leadership development program designed to cultivate the next generation of architectural leaders. Through 9 months of immersive sessions, mentorship, peer connection, and engagement with leaders across the profession, selected scholars build the skills, relationships, and perspectives needed to make a meaningful impact in their firms, profession, and communities. Applications opened September 25, 2026, with a Meet & Greet scheduled for October 29, 2026, and applications due December 7, 2026.
