The following positions on the AIA Miami Board of Directors are available for the term commencing January 1, 2027. Candidates interested in running for one of the following AIA Miami positions should indicate their interest in a letter, which shall include a statement of philosophy/goals and a brief bio, to the Nominating Committee c/o Jennifer McConney-Gayoso, [email protected] no later than Friday, July 24, 2026 to have their name placed in consideration.
- President-Elect/1st Vice President One position available (one year term)
(The President-Elect automatically serves as President in 2028) - Vice President One position available (two-year term)
- Directors Three position available (two-year terms)
- Associate Directors Three positions available (one-year terms)
The Nominating Committee will meet to review the qualifications of each member and prepare a slate of candidates to be submitted to the Chapter no later than Monday, July 24, 2026.
Any member interested in running but not placed on the ballot by the Nominating Committee, may still add their name to the ballot by a petition signed by 10 members of the Chapter and filed with the Executive Director of the Chapter prior to 5:00pm Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
Results will be announced at the AIA Miami Annual Meeting in September 2026. Date to be announced soon.
