Architect Project Manager – Custom Residential (Miami, FL)
Full-Time | In-Person | Minimum 5 Years Experience | Revit Required

Miami Architectural Studio, an innovative residential design firm, is seeking a talented Architect Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone with strong design and technical skills, and the ability to take projects from concept through construction.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage high-end custom residential projects from schematic design through construction
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Produce detailed construction documents in Revit
• Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with Florida Building Code and local zoning regulations
• Perform construction administration
• Collaborate with internal design and drafting teams

Requirements:
• Professional degree in Architecture, Florida architectural registration a plus
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture and project management
• Demonstrated experience with construction drawings and project management for custom single-family homes
• Strong proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD and general office programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Must be currently based in South Florida
