2026 AIM Summer Camp Program
June 15 - June 26
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Description
Registration now open. Space is very limited!
At AIM, our mission is to inspire young minds by building a creative foundation through the universal language of architecture and design. This fun and engaging two-week summer camp offers students an immersive exploration of the field of architecture through the lenses of art, history, mathematics, science, and hands-on experimentation. Field trips, guest speakers and other fun activities round out the student’s day. Enrollment is limited, particularly due to a high number of returning campers, so early registration is strongly encouraged. Students are organized into age-based studios, beginning with Studio 1 for ages 8–10 and progressing through Studio 4 for older students. Classes are led by licensed architects and architecture students and are designed to be fun, challenging, and intellectually engaging. Now in its 20th year, this program is proudly offered in partnership with a University School of Architecture.
Field Trips:
June 17: Freedom Tower Tour
June 24: Sandblast Competition / Crandon Park / Shelter 7
Sponsorship Opportunities
Architects in the Making is AIA Miami’s youth educational program comprised of local volunteer leading architects. Since 2006, we have helped inspire and shape the next generation of architects and designers.
This program would not be possible without the generous support of local firms and individuals who want to leave a lasting impact on the architecture community. Sponsors benefit from exposure to our vast community of architects, builders, and industry professionals.
Make a difference in the education of young architects and designers.
