Job Description

The Architectural Construction Manager will be responsible for leading the Construction Administration phase of multiple high-profile projects, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout construction and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture required
  • Degree in Construction Administration (preferred)
  • Strong Architectural Background.
  • Proven experience in Construction Administration
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Extensive knowledge of construction means and methods
  • Knowledge of building codes, life safety, and ADA requirements
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and OSHA requirements
  • Proficiency in detailing, construction documents, systems coordination, and specifications
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a construction environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, Newforma, ACC, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
