Role Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Licensed Architect to join our new Miami office. You’ll contribute to the design and execution of high-end projects, working closely with an international team and gaining exposure to diverse, luxury developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in architectural design, documentation, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across architecture, interiors, and construction.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes and standards.
  • Must sign, seal project designs and take legal responsibility for Florida compliance.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect in the U.S., with active Florida licensure.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Early-career professionals with some architectural design and project experience. Will work closely with the international architect team for guidance & support.
  • Ability to work closely with clients in a hospitable, professional, and collaborative manner.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the U.S.
