Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Design Architect to join our collaborative Miami-based practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of innovative projects in the residential, commercial, and transportation sectors, where design excellence, sustainability, and functionality intersect. As part of our team, you will help shape transformative environments that reflect B+BA’s commitment to human-centric design and forward-thinking architectural solutions.

You are:

  • A strong designer with a compelling portfolio and solid mid to large-scale project experience
  • Conceptual yet practical—able to turn ideas into buildable solutions
  • Proficient in Revit (and open to new tools)
  • A proactive, clear communicator and team collaborator

Responsibilities

  • Develop designs for cruise/destination or commercial projects across the U.S. and abroad
  • Work across all phases: Concept → Schematic → CDs → CA
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and agencies
  • Lead smaller projects or support larger teams as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years at a recognized architecture firm
  • Professional Architecture degree (M.Arch)
  • Proficiency: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Adobe CC
  • Licensed or on path to licensure
  • Based in Miami office; travel as required (occasionally short notice)
