We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Miami team. This role requires a strong design sensibility paired with the technical ability to carry projects from concept through construction.
Qualifications
- Understanding of local permitting processes and prior high-end residential experience are essential
- Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience, with demonstrated project management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
- Experience with construction documents, detailing, modeling, and graphics
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction
- Strong design, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Positive, professional approach with a problem-solving mentality
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
