Technical Assistant

We’re currently seeking an ambitious Technical Assistant with a strong foundation in construction, blueprint reading, and measurement calculation. The successful candidate will receive training with the goal of growing into a Project Manager role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can handle pressure, manage their own time effectively, and is eager to learn and grow. Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must for this position.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of technical projects.
Provide technical support to team members.
Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
Calculate measurements and ensure project alignment with specifications.
Document project progress and maintain detailed records.
Assist in project risk management and mitigation.
Develop strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
A degree/diploma in Construction Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and calculate measurements.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage own workload.
A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
