Summary
As a Junior Architectural Designer at EoA Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of hospitality and commercial spaces, working in tandem with our visionary clients to create unique concepts that transform their vision into reality.
You will be responsible for assisting the senior designers in developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings and specifications, conducting research, and creating 3D models. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D models and renderings using Revit and AutoCAD software
- Contribute to the development of design packages and presentations for clients
- Participate in site visits and assist in project coordination tasks as needed
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all design work
- Assist in the selection of materials and the preparation of material specifications
- Attend meetings and communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Continuously stay up-to-date on new trends and technologies within the architecture and interior design industry
Requirements
- You must have a strong understanding of design principles and techniques for commercial and hospitality spaces.
- You should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software programs.
- We require you to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- You must have experience creating detailed 3D models and renderings.
