Lauderdale chapters in celebrating South Florida’s next generation of Emerging Professionals\, up-and-coming Associates\, and the firms that best support them. Awards include Rising Star of the Year\, Entrepreneur of the Year\, Project Manager of the Year\, and Best Place to Work. \nWHAT ARE THE EP AWARDS?\nThe Emerging Professionals Awards recognize excellence in the Architecture profession by architects who have achieved licensure within the past ten years and Associates or AIAS members currently pursuing licensure. It is hosted annually by the AIA Miami and the AIA Fort Lauderdale Chapters of the American Institute of Architects. \nJoin us as we announce the winners on Thursday\, May 7\, 2026 \nWHO CAN APPLY?\nThe submittals are open to architecture students\, architectural design professionals\, and architects licensed less than 10 years\, and are open to both AIA/AIAS Members and Non-Members. Entries can be submitted by individuals or by firms who reside/work in Broward or Miami-Dade Counties. \nSubmittals are accepted until 11:59pm on April 10th\, 2026 \nTickets Sponsorship

SUMMARY:2026 AIM Summer Camp Program
DESCRIPTION:Registration now open. Space is very limited! \nAt AIM\, our mission is to inspire young minds by building a creative foundation through the universal language of architecture and design. This fun and engaging two-week summer camp offers students an immersive exploration of the field of architecture through the lenses of art\, history\, mathematics\, science\, and hands-on experimentation. Field trips\, guest speakers and other fun activities round out the student’s day. Enrollment is limited\, particularly due to a high number of returning campers\, so early registration is strongly encouraged. Students are organized into age-based studios\, beginning with Studio 1 for ages 8–10 and progressing through Studio 4 for older students. Classes are led by licensed architects and architecture students and are designed to be fun\, challenging\, and intellectually engaging.
