More than $4 billion sold annually, and forecasted to be more than $7 billion by 2024. Many architects envision standing seam or corrugated profiles as their only metal roofing options, yet designs exist that effectively mimic the appearance of traditional roofing materials such as clay tile, slate, or wood shake. This course will look at some of the current aesthetic options, performance characteristics, and green building properties of metal roofing designs, particular those that replicate the appearance of traditional roofing materials.
