Capital Projects Coordinator

This is a junior level position managing capital projects for a municipal government.  The Capital Improvement Projects department is currently managing the implementation of a $60M General Obligation bond for park improvements and crime prevention, including the renovation and new construction of parks and park facilities throughout the City.

This position will assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the planning, design, and construction of various projects.

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in architecture, engineering, construction management, urban planning, or other closely related field and two (2) years progressively responsible experience in construction project administration.
